DMCA Policy

Last Updated: May 16, 2026

1. Our Commitment to Copyright Law

Vexa (operated at sora-2.run) takes intellectual property rights seriously. We comply fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement. We also maintain a repeat-infringer policy and will terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate copyright law.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on or through Vexa infringes your copyright, you (or your authorized agent) may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work — a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the infringing material — a description of the material you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL, screenshot, or video ID).
  3. Your contact information — your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Statement of good faith belief — a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement of accuracy and authority — a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
  6. Physical or electronic signature — your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable as an electronic signature).

Incomplete notices will not be actioned. Deliberately filing a false or misleading DMCA notice may result in liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

3. Where to Send Your Notice

Submit DMCA takedown notices by email to our Designated Copyright Agent:

Designated Agent: Vexa Copyright Team

Email: support@sora-2.run

Subject line: DMCA Takedown Notice

We aim to acknowledge valid notices within 2 business days and to complete removal or disabling of infringing content within 5–10 business days of receiving a complete notice.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Vexa may be found.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the alleged infringer.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, Vexa will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We track DMCA notices associated with specific accounts and will disable or permanently terminate accounts with multiple valid takedown notices against them.

6. Abuse of the DMCA Process

Filing a DMCA notice that contains materially false representations constitutes perjury and may expose you to civil and criminal penalties. Vexa reserves the right to seek damages from parties who abuse the DMCA takedown process in bad faith, including recovery of attorneys' fees under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Vexa after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
